For doctors, therapists & clinics

Patient conversations stay in the room.

Consultations, ward rounds and dictated letters — transcribed on the practice's own computer. Health data is special-category data; the simplest lawful place for it is hardware you already control.

Why on-device matters

Article 9 data, handled locally

Cloud scribes make you justify a processor for special-category data. Here there is none — audio and transcripts never leave the device.

A calmer consent conversation

“This records and transcribes on my computer — nothing is uploaded” is a sentence patients understand.

Works where the Wi-Fi doesn't

Offline by design: basements, home visits, locked-down networks. Hard Offline Mode blocks every connection.

In practice

  • Consultation notes — record with consent; the structured summary is ready before the next patient.
  • Letters by voice — dictate referral and discharge letters straight into your system.
  • Team meetings — case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings with labelled speakers.

Private by architecture, not by promise.

Recording, transcription, speaker labels, voiceprints and the library all run on the device. There is no vendor cloud to audit — the network disclosure lists every optional connection and the switch that turns it off.

  • No account, no telemetry
  • Works fully offline — Hard Offline Mode
  • Version-stamped network disclosure, per release

Common questions

Is this GDPR-compliant for patient data?
The architecture does the heavy lifting: special-category data is processed on your own device — no transfer to justify, no processor to contract. Your existing duties (consent, retention) stay the same; the tool just doesn't add new ones.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Transcription runs offline. Only licensing and update checks use the network — both optional and documented on the security page.
Can a practice equip several rooms?
Licences are per seat, with central deployment for clinics — a branded MSI installs silently via your device management. For larger fleets, start in the Brand Studio.
